Why is a syringe included? Why are the markings so faint on your dropper?
We’ve included a syringe with each order to ensure accuracy of measurement, especially for our smaller pups. There are etched .25ml markings on our dropper, though we understand they are hard to read. The alternative is using ink, which we are not comfortable with at this time, due to its potential to leak into the formulation. As we work on a better solution long-term, we are providing you with a syringe to help you get the precise quantity needed for your pup. We are working hard to ensure an improved experience moving forward and appreciate your patience.
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Flat-rate shipping price is calculated at checkout based on order quantity. Questions about our products or trouble with your order? Email us at customerservice@chou2pharma.com.
If you don’t love our product, simply email us within 30 days of your order’s delivery and let us know. We’ll issue you a full refund. We ask that you share any leftover product with a loved one, so it doesn’t go to waste! Your feedback would also be greatly appreciated, so we can work to improve our products and help more pets feel their best.

My dog will not take ANYTHING, she barely eats her food some days if she’s in a mood. However- she will lick this stuff off of the floor if any drops don’t make it into her mouth. We’ve been using this as our hyper dog recovers from CCL surgery and it’s helped keep her hyperactive self more calm. Love it!

Chill is a miracle for me! My senior dog has cognitive disorder and sundowning, and was waking me up throughout the night, barking and pacing. One dose of Chill and we BOTH sleep better! I’m thrilled with what a difference it’s made for us.

I’m SO happy that this is out on the market now! I picked up a sample last year in Vegas at WVC for my anxiety riddled poodle. I had tried other CBD products, but ended up having to double the dose and STILL not getting the effects of Chill. With Chill, I did the recommended 0.2ml/10# and saw a HUGE difference in her ability to just deal with everyday life. She is on fluoxetine and melatonin daily to just TRY and deal with her daily anxiety – which isn’t typically successful. But with Chill I was able to take her to Daycare and NOT have to worry about her. She was more confident and became more like a ‘normal’ dog of 4 years old rather than a ball of nerves people thought were as a result of me ‘rescuing her from an abusive situation’. I’ve had her since she was a puppy and she’s ALWAYS had love and affection with discipline only when needed and never physical discipline.

Our dog needs this before or during every long car ride and thunderstorm, so he can relax and settle down. He is much calmer when fireworks are going off, if he takes Chill as soon as they start. Love that it’s NATURAL and works quickly, and won’t damage his liver like other prescriptions.

Chill really is nothing short of a miracle and we have tried everything before so not only do we see the difference, our pup is showing the difference every day and we are beyond thrilled! Our pup developed severe anxiety and panic disorder after a supercharged car backfired right next to him on his morning walk, poor little guy jumped 3 ft into the air at the bang and then only wanted to run home, pulling as fast as he could to get away from there. He’s never been great with fireworks, bikes, skateboards, even joggers running past him, but he’s a city dog so he’s generally not otherwise bothered with the usual loud sounds and movements around him like helicopters and ambulances/firetrucks, but after that horrible muscle machine basically set off a firecracker near his head, his fight or flight reaction went into hyper-overdrive and he changed into a dog so terrified of going outside in the mornings that he wouldn’t even come downstairs and even then would shake so badly and back away from the leash and harness he loved so much before “the incident” – its was heartbreaking! We tried CBD chews but he was so scared and shaking he wouldn’t even look at treats, and we didn’t want to force him; we bought different brands of calming treats and hemp oils but nothing really helped with the morning shakes and terror aside from making him just so sleepy that we lost our fun loving, tail wagging, happy, playful pup and had either a ball of fear or basically a conked out zombie on our hands – heartbreaking beyond words! Right before we were at such a loss as to what to do that we turned to medication, we got a sample of Chill from our daycare to try! Within a week, all of our frowns were turned upside down and we got our pup back with all of his personality just like he used to be, including his appetite – he loves taking his Chill right from the dropper, 1/2 in the pm right before bed and 1/2 in the am before getting out of bed, then we just hang out and “chill” for about 10-15 min before he actually runs downstairs all by himself, tail up, no shakes, just back to being excited to ho outside! Another 2 weeks of Chill later at this dosage and even our neighbor commented that he’s like a new dog! He is free of his fear and we cant tell enough people about our experience and thrill with Chill – to see our dog get all the benefits and feel and act just like his happy little self again, we are so grateful for the effort you put into developing such an amazing product! We are loyal customers for life!

So far, very good experience with Chill. My dog does not like any loud noises…thunder, fireworks, yelling, etc. He becomes so terrified it is heartbreaking. With Chill he has calmed down considerably during thunderstorms, so I can only assume he will do well with fireworks too. He is still my little Velcro dog and wants me touching him, but he is so much calmer. Kuddos also to the great customer service this company offers; they are so responsive and want everything to be right. Overall, a very happy experience for myself and my dog!

I haven’t tried this product yet, but wish there was a trial size cheaper than $80 so that we could see if it works with our dog.

I think Chill is great, but my dog doesn’t like me putting anything in her mouth! I think a treat that has a tasty flavor would be so much easier for me to give her.
