Why is a syringe included? Why are the markings so faint on your dropper?
We’ve included a syringe with each order to ensure accuracy of measurement, especially for our smaller pups. There are etched .25ml markings on our dropper, though we understand they are hard to read. The alternative is using ink, which we are not comfortable with at this time, due to it’s potential to leak into the formulation. As we work on a better solution longterm, we are providing you with a syringe to help you get the precise quantity needed for your pup. We are working hard to ensure an improved experience moving forward and appreciate your patience.

All orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Flat-rate shipping price is calculated at checkout based on order quantity. Questions about our products or trouble with your order? Email us at customerservice@chou2pharma.com.

If you don’t love our product, simply email us within 30 days of your order’s delivery and let us know. We’ll issue you a full refund. We ask that you share any leftover product with a loved one, so it doesn’t go to waste! Your feedback would also be greatly appreciated, so we can work to improve our products and help more pets feel their best.
